Overview
The Bag In – Bag Out (Safe Change) filtration system is an advanced solution designed for highly sensitive environments such as hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and nuclear laboratories.
It enables filter replacement without direct human contact, preventing the release of contaminants or hazardous particles into the surrounding area.
Structural and Functional Features
Leakproof and Durable Construction
The metal housing of the filter unit features a bisulcate flange connection, ensuring complete sealing and safety during operation.
Filter replacement is performed safely without the need for operators to touch either the filter or the internal cabin surfaces.
Hygienic and Customizable Design
- The housing is coated with electrostatic powder paint in any desired color.
- All exterior surfaces are washable and disinfectable.
- A pre-filter (optional) can be installed in one or multiple stages depending on application requirements.
Service Cover and Monitoring System
- Service covers are tightly secured with spline-sealed bolts and cross-slotted screws to ensure airtight closure.
- Filter performance monitoring is achieved via Magnehelic manometers and differential pressure nozzles located on the unit.
