Overview
Air-tight doors are designed for sensitive environments and are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a fully welded, airtight structure. The doors feature a heated and insulated body and HEPA-filtered air circulation, ensuring reliable performance and high safety. The integrated pneumatic gasket and rounded stainless-steel frame provide excellent sealing, preventing air leakage.
All operations and risks are monitored and controlled via a PLC system, including pressure loss, gasket issues, and other potential concerns. All units are tested according to DIN 25496 and are ready for integration with building management systems.
The door leaf can be made of stainless steel or full glass, and custom dimensions are available.
