Laminar Air Flow

Laminar flow, or laminar air flow (also called streamline flow), is a liquid flow, in which the fluid moves in separate paths, as opposed to turbulent flow, where the fluid undergoes intermixing. As is clear from the definition, all the flow properties are always persistent in laminar air flow. On a flat level surface, laminar air flow consists of several parallel layers. When contacting with the flat surface, the fluid stays motionless, though all the layers begin to slide over one another.

Supply of sterile air to the operating room in a completely uniform manner

Due to the 15% share of polluted air in nosocomial infections, controlling the air entering the operating room is of special importance and controlling the quality and manner of this air entering the operating room and the surgical field helps to control airborne infections.

C1TECH Laminar Air Flow Benefits

Supply of sterile air to the operating room in a completely uniform manner

Use of stainless steel and decorative lighting in design and construction

Equipped with replaceable Huawei filters and filter replacement warning alarms

Automatic damper to control the air entering the room to create positive pressure

Increase the rate of air change in the surgical area

Due to the need for sterile air without particle rain to the surgical site, the airflow laminar device is placed on the ceiling of the operating room and in the center of the room. This will cause uniform airfall in the center of the operating room and on surgical sets and operating room beds. Due to the rain in a specific area and smaller than the entire operating room, the lower surface of the laminar, simply and with a higher air exchange rate than the entire room will be ventilated and will increase the amount of air exchange in the operating room.

Modularity of laminar airflow machine

These devices can be used in operating rooms of hospitals and clean rooms, which create a uniform and pollution-free environment. With this device, if necessary, more optional features can be used. This device is produced in a modular way and therefore has the ability to be easily installed in the operating rooms.
